CPack Ltd was contacted by client asking for new machine with small footprint and removed costly pneumatics. Due to Cpack progressing and wanting to reduce carbon footprint and use less non-recyclable materials with the machines, we have designed the CSS1000.
So there it is, CPack's new sleek CSS1000. Constructed of hygienic stainless steel frame and body.
The CSS1000 is brand new, compact, and is available as a table top or freestanding version. The CSS1000 offers an intuitive layout and brand new sandwich slide. It uses low power consumption to match the ecologically friendly use of renewable packaging.
This single-phase machine doesn't require pneumatics, reducing nose, running costs and energy consumption.
Also, there is no need for the change of the plates. Cpack’s CSS1000 seals 002,003 and 004 size wedges.
With a wrapping speed up to 15 sandwiches per minute, you can rely on this machine to speed up production.
