500 Max Shrink Tunnel
The 500 Max Shrink Tunnel is a heat shrink tunnel for bottles, trays and tall containers. Its 500mm wide by 400mm high opening takes packs up to 375mm high and 470mm wide.
A variable speed belt carries each pack through the tunnel at a steady pace. You set the belt speed and the tunnel temperature to suit your film and your product.
How the 500 Max holds its heat
The tunnel body is highly insulated. A vortex effect inside helps the tunnel hold its heat, and entry and exit curtains cut heat loss at each end. Adjustable internal vents let you aim the heat where your pack needs it.
