For many food producers, the weeks before Christmas are the busiest of the year. Orders climb. A line that coped in the summer can start to fall behind. November gives you time to fix that before the rush.

Sandwich sealing machines

If you seal sandwich wedges, you have four machines to choose from.

TS-1 Tray and Wedge Sealer

The TS-1 Tray and Wedge Sealer seals sandwiches, trays and tubs at up to 8 products per minute. It comes with a free change plate and suits new starts.

CSS1000 Cardboard Sandwich Sealer

The CSS1000 cardboard sandwich sealer is a tabletop machine for cardboard wedges. It seals up to 15 per minute and needs no air supply.

CSS2000 Cardboard Sandwich Sealer

The CSS2000 cardboard wedge and tray sealer seals cardboard wedges and trays at up to 34 per minute. Its plates adjust to fit different sizes.

SS3000 Sandwich Sealing Machine

The SS3000 sandwich sealing machine seals wedges of all sizes into plastic trays, at up to 60 per minute.

"Which sandwich sealer do I need?" For cardboard wedges, pick the CSS1000 or CSS2000. For plastic trays, pick the SS3000. Then match the speed to your output.

L-sealers

An L-sealer seals a product inside a fold of film, cutting and sealing along two sides in one press.

L300 Flexiwrap Pro L-Sealer

The L300 Flexiwrap Pro L-sealer is a stainless steel tabletop machine with a 300 x 300 mm seal area. Its height-adjustable table gives a tighter seal.

L4020 L-Sealer Flexiwrap

The L4020 L-sealer has a 400 x 200 mm seal area, which suits longer products like baguettes.

L500 Flexiwrap Pro L-Sealer

For bigger packs, the L500 Flexiwrap Pro L-sealer gives you a 500 mm square sealing area. It plugs into a standard 13 amp socket.

Semi-Automatic L-Sealer

Our semi-automatic L-sealer has a 500 x 400 mm sealing area and runs by foot pedal or by hand. A belt carries each pack away after sealing.

Shrink tunnels

A shrink tunnel heats loose film so it pulls tight around your product.

350SS Max Table Top Shrink Wrap Tunnel

The 350SS Max table top shrink tunnel is built for food rooms and cool rooms. It plugs into a normal socket.

500 Max Shrink Tunnel

The 500 Max shrink tunnel takes trays and taller items, such as bottles, through a 500 x 400 mm opening. It comes as a stand or tabletop unit.

Semi-Auto L-Sealer and Shrink Tunnel

Our semi-auto L-sealer and shrink tunnel system pairs sealing and shrinking in one set-up. We can build it around your product size.

Pizza capping

PC370 Pizza Capper

The PC370 pizza capper lays film over a pizza and shrinks it into a neat seal in seconds. It works with all pizza capping shrink films.

Christmas is coming early, so it pays to get your machine in place before the rush. A machine that arrives in November has time to settle in before December's peak.

Our usual lead time is 7 days. Order by 23 November and your machine can be with you before the month is out.
