Linear Wrap King 4000 Control Fold System

CPack’s latest developments in control fold and pleat wrapping technology have resulted in the Linear Wrap King 4000. Utilising advanced computer control combined with servo technology, the system provides flexibility, adaptability and performance.

With speeds of up to 80 products per minute, the Linear Wrap King 4000 can wrap a wide variety of products, including burritos, cheese, burgers, tortillas, pies, cakes and puddings.

Advanced Control Fold Wrapping

With no cams, levers or mainshaft, the Linear Wrap King 4000 is designed for minimal maintenance and maximum hygiene. Its inbuilt computer can be linked to the client’s server for Industry 4.0 compatibility.

The ClearView guarding system allows easy access, with a CAT 3 safety system in operation. The machine combines over 40 years of CPack’s pleat and control fold wrapping expertise with technology and design protected by international patents.
