The Linear Wrap King 4000 is a servo driven control fold system capable of handling up to 80 products per minute. For higher production requirements, the Linear Wrap King 5000 offers speeds of up to 90 products per minute.
For manufacturers requiring lower production speeds, the Wrap King 1500 Butter and Cheese Wrapping System and Wrap King 2500 can wrap using parchment or film, with speeds of up to 25 products per minute for the Wrap King 1500 and 40 products per minute for the Wrap King 2500.
CPack also offers machinery for alternative wrapping styles. The Model 70 Bunch Wrapping Machine provides a base sealed bunch wrap and can accommodate large diameter cheeses up to 300 mm, making it suitable for larger round cheese products. The Pleat Wrapper Semi Auto is designed for spherical and semi spherical cheeses where a distinctive pleat wrapped finish is required.
